BadgerBOTS is hosting our annual Test Run, a pre-season robotics event at Isthmus Engineering. The FRC season starts in early January each year when teams are given a game with unique objectives to complete. They then must create a robot to best complete that game. Test Run provides a chance for teams to work on and test their robot before any of their competitions occur. Each robot at this event has been designed, programmed, and built in only one month by high schoolers!

A BadgerBOTS Pre-season Event
Test Run is a pre-season opportunity for teams to test their robots and receive advice from professionals at Isthmus Engineering’s world-class facility. We will have a half-field set up with team-edition field elements. Isthmus Engineering, one of our primary sponsors, is generously hosting this event. They will have a machine shop run by some of their employees to provide teams with advice and part manufacturing.
Test Run is a great opportunity for teams to interact without the stress of a competition. It also provides opportunities to gain inspiration from other robots.
It will take place on Saturday, February 8th from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. As in previous years, Isthmus Engineering will host us at their building located at 4035 Owl Creek Dr, Madison, WI 53718.
